Balmain bathroom

This was a bathroom design that was originally a lounge room in Balmain Sydney.  My client wanted a feminine feel whilst maximising space so the bathroom was not too cluttered.

Tumbled Ilaria stone was used throughout, in 2 different sizes, 300x300 for the floor and shower wall and 100x100 used for the bath hob and behind the basin.

Cool features include - the 1600mm long recessed shaving cabinet that is 150mm deep, heated flooring and towel rail.

The mirror chest of drawers was found in a store in Dellis Furniture Surry Hills.

The double shower head is an Exposure Rail Shower head, with a fixed head as well as a shower head on a hose which makes cleaning the shower very easy.

The basin is a Laufen Palombo which measures 1600x500, its gorgeously huge.

On an interesting note - My client holds dinner parties regularly, and husbands hate it when their wives use the bathroom because they know the conversation on the way home will start with "Maybe we should get our bathroom renovated"
